This website is hosted by a service provider in the European Union. When the website is opened, technically necessary access data are processed: IP address, date and time of the access, page requested, volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website and is based on our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies that are required to operate the site. We do not use cookies for advertising and we do not embed web analytics services such as Google Analytics.

If you send us an enquiry through the form on this website, we process the data you provide in order to answer your enquiry and to prepare your participation in the festival. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We store these data for as long as is necessary to deal with the matter, at most 24 months after the last contact.

The registration forms for the choir trip, the project choirs and the masterclasses are provided through the service Jotform. When you open a registration form you leave this website and the privacy terms of that provider apply. We receive the data entered there for the purpose of the registration.

Ticket sales are handled by the external provider Eventim Light. When you click a ticket button you leave this website. The terms and the privacy policy of that provider apply to the purchase and the payment.

Festival films are embedded from YouTube. The video itself is only loaded once you actively start it. At first only a preview image is shown, which is loaded from a Google server; in doing so your IP address is transmitted to Google. As soon as you start the video, it is loaded in extended privacy mode through youtube-nocookie.com, and the privacy terms of Google apply.

The maps of the venues on this website are simple graphics. No third-party map services are embedded and no data are transmitted to third parties when you look at the maps.

We link to our profiles on social networks. These are plain links, not plugins. Data are transmitted to the network in question only once you click the link.

You have the right to obtain information about the data stored about you, as well as the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to the processing. To exercise them, please contact organisation@voicesofspirit.at. If you believe that the processing of your data infringes data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority: Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at.
